Reporting Issues

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for store credit or exchanges only. Refunds are not offered.

How to Initiate a Return

· Ship the Item Back – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If we determine that Amara Nicole LLC is at fault (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Processing Returns & Store Credit
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
Approved Returns: You will receive store credit equal to the original purchase price minus the original shipping cost and return shipping fees (unless Amara Nicole LLC is at fault).
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, store credit will be issued, which you can use toward a replacement purchase.
Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases on our website.
Additional Notes
· We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
· If your return package is lost or damaged in transit, Amara Nicole LLC is not responsible. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
· Store credit cannot be converted into cash refunds under any circumstances.
